Daniel Brown…, Home Buyer in Louisville, KY

Is there some way to search and map more than one area of a city at a time?

Asked by Daniel Browning, Louisville, KY Mon Jul 30, 2012

I'm trying to search about 8 different areas in Louisville but when I put more than one in the search line it gives me errors. If I do them all separately I get 8 emails notices a day. If I just search Louisville I get the whole city of homes in my range. Is there some way I can combine my search?

Metro1 Realty has what we believe to be the most sophisticated map search engines in the US. It has been developed by an extremely smart set of entrepreneurs out of California with deep experience in the real estate market. I am one of only a few Realtors in Kentucky to have purchased it.
(1) Go to http://www.metro1Realty.com
(2) 1/2 way down the page on the right hand side in the white portion of the page you will see "Quick Map Search"
(3) At the bottom of that search box is a place to insert "keywords"
(4) Type in the search terms you want. I used "holiday hills, 40216, indian hills". Try this to get a feel of the result it produces.
(5) You can further refine your search in many ways, including searching by price per sq ft, bedrooms, price, etc. This search engine has many "layers" to it and it takes a little practice, but the results are spectacular. For instance you will see that the red dots on the house icons represent distressed properties (either short sale or foreclosed homes). Etc, etc.
(6) You can freehand draw your own search area.
(7) New capabilities are being added constantly.

If this type of search appeals to you, call me and I can show you some very useful ways to use this search engine.
