Is there property in Weaverville close to downtown area, loft, townhome, etc 300,000 range?

Would like a small town feel but a city type property. Prefer newer if possible and where you can walk to a coffee shop, etc.

I am selling my beautiful home in weaverville, nc. less than a mile from downtown. I am asking $323,000 for a 2200 sq ft two story with a loft. I am only selling because my kids are moving out and I need to downsize. This is such a great quiet neighborhood. I would strongly recommend using some other Broker then the Listing agent to represent you. After all the seller has hired the Listing agent to market and get the highest price possible for the property. With the selling agent representing you you really have no buyers representation at all.

I have brand new condos iin a village setting with mixed retail in The Villages at Monticello next to the post office from less than 200 to less than 3. Assuming you are talking NC. My office is right next door and I would be glad to help you.
