You might look for a Realtor in your new area who works with the purchase and sale of foreclosed properties. They should have some good resources for you to consider in terms of lenders who help marginally qualified home buyers. I always leave all but the most basic questions to the expertise of the lenders as they are the ones who keep up with the rapid changes. I might think I know the current information, but be wrong!

I have worked with a lender can do it if its in the 320 plus range but if you have a foreclosure then it will take at least 3 years.

You can email me for her contact - dixondfw@gmail.com

Thanks and good luck

Contact any lender of you choice and talk with them. They will pre-qual you for free and you will know where you stand from there.

GOOD LUCK.
