Is there anyone out there willing to work with a family relocating to apple valley? They want to buy a house and need all the local information
about schools, etc, and which neighborhoods will be best for them. They already had one agent say "go see the houses yourself, and then if you like one, I'll write the offer for you". I do NOT want to refer them to that kind of agent. Contact me at barb.wilson@cbnorcal.com
I have an agent that I am working with and her name is Diana Family with Classic Real Estate. Her office number is 760-949-4400. She is very nice and will have a lot of insight on the area. School wise, the Lewis Center which has campuses for k-12 is excellent but there may be a waiting list to get in. Vanguard Prep is k-8 and is also an excellent school. The Lewis Center and Vanguard are on the two opposite ends of Apple Valley. Both high schools are good and Sitting Bull Middle School is a good middle school. I hope I have been helpful.
