Hi Greg,

Unfortunately, there is'n't any way of finding out. However, you can ask your agent for a market analysis for the area. This should give you an idea of what the price range is for the area.

Greg,

Good question, unfortunately no one knows this pending price except for the listing agent and the buyer's agent. It will be public only when the property has closed escrow.

Hope this helps!

Normally, this information is not released to the public until after the transaction closes. However, some agents will occasionally provide you with helpful information without crossing the line. We suggest starting with the list price and seeing if the agent will give you a percentage or price range that represents the ballpark price.

This may not be exact but it should get you close to the number you are seeking.

Good luck

Hi Greg,

Generally, the listing agent cannot disclose the contract price until it is closed but you can always try. The best way to compare the asking price is for recently sold properties in the same area or comparables. If you are working with an agent, he or she can provide you comparables from county records or the Multiple Listing Service. If you are not working with an agent, I'd be more than happy to provide you with this service. Once the pending sale closes, I can find out the sale price for you. You can email me the property address you're interested in at fiona@fionasantosrealty.com.
