Is there any new construction (or newer homes) available in Holmdel for under $1MM... north of route 520/Main Street? Or am I just dreaming?
We're looking to move to Holmdel because of the schools, and want to buy a new/newer house in a good neighborhood for under $1MM. When I say good, I mean the homes surrounding the house are comparably priced (not a $900K house surrounded by $500K houses). Ideally it has 3 car garage, 4 or more bedrooms, 2.5 baths (or more), and a kitchen that opens to a family room. Is there anything out there that fits my criteria???
