Is there any kind of resource that will tell you what the water quality is in New Jersey's many lakes?

By resource I am not looking for a 30 page report that I have to sift through and decipher to reach any kind of conclusion, just something that rates the water quality on a 10 point, or good, better, best scale.

I came from a lake community and am going to buy in another, and I would like to know what the water quality is like.
