Rn617, Home Buyer in Anaheim, CA

Is there an Association Fee? And how much is it. Also do you think I can make a purchase without a down pmt. I have an excellent CR Rating 758.

Buying with zero down was one of the worst mistakes lenders made in the past. Lets hope that mistake doesn't happen again.

You don't have a link your referencing to? You may qualify for zero down if you are a Veteran or buying in a USDA Rural area that is out of town. You may qualify to buy FHA with 3.5% down or as low as only .5% half percent down payment program or 3% or 5% down conventional with your fico scores.

It only takes a few dozen questions to qualify you in minutes for the loan program to fit your needs. There are also closing costs to discuss. You can utilize premium financing to cover portions of your closing costs but will need some funds too. You may qualify to buy with minimum out of pocket expenses. Here is a needs list to gather for processing a loan approval, DU Approval or pre-approval letter to get out shopping for a home of your choice. http://tinyurl.com/l9ctod4

Do you need listings emailed to you too? The 1bd 2ba condos start at $303,500 and the 2bd 2ba condos start at $329,500 with $189 HOA on the 1bd and $300 on the 2bd. Have you been pre-approved with down payment and closing costs? Here are some links to study and consider that I offer.
