Is there aceage with a mobile home in Union County, Porter Ridge Schools, for rent to own, lease purchase,?
Looking for acreage that is suitable to build on in the next couple years. Would like a mobile home, partially wooded. Also, is there open enrollment for the schools? I found a property that has 8 acres with a modular but it's in Monroe Schools.
How much acreage? I just withdrew one from the market with a little over one acre (beautiful.......completely redone). Seller is now renting it. I'm sure it will be in play again within the next year if your still looking.
