Hello emt815,

Zillow can show you the most recent history about a property. I would concur with Don Tepper. Some towns provide online resources and information about a property.

However, this information is nothing compared to what realtors can provide you. It is great that you are doing your own research but hiring a professional to assist you is invaluable.

Best.

Most city and county tax assessor offices have that information online. I can't tell if yours does, but here's a link to the page: http://www.montgomeryco.net/department/?fDD=15-0

Otherwise, any Realtor can provide that information.

For free sale history information, contact any local agent/realty office--if looking to purchase do consider working with an agent of your own, he/she can provide all necessary information....

Perhaps your local county has this online somewhere. Any Realtor can access it from the MLS system you have there.
