Is there a way to search for a home that is NOT part of a subdivision/home owner's association? (looking in Mint Hill around 200K).

Realtors pay for access to all of the data on local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and can search by myriad criterion. When a buyer knows the specific area, it is easy for a Realtor to find all homes that are NOT part of a subdivision/home owner's association.
