FIRST ANSWER

For the property taxes just mulitply 1.25% of the purchase price, for the hazard insurance it should be less than $60 a month but to get an accurate estimate you can contact an insurance agent. Finally for the mortgage insurance its about $120 - 200 make sure with your lender.
