Patti,
Te wesite we use most is http://www.annualcreditreport.com. You will get a complete credit report that is important you review for any errors. There is a slight fee ( I think $4.95) to get your FICO score.

Hi Patti,

You are entitled to a free credit report once a year. However if you write letters to each of the three bureaus and pay them each $9.00 check their websites to confirm the amount, then you will get a copy of your credit report with the score. The score is not free.
Equifax
Experian
TransUnion
Good luck!

creditkarma.com is free (as is free -- no need to provide a credit card or anything).

They use only Transunion's report, and their score is not a true FICO, more likely their best guess of FICO's formula, but it seems to be pretty accurate. I like the service.
