Is there a real estate site or source that can supply the percentage of rental vacancies in Hampton Roads? If so, is broken down by city?

Not that I am aware of. However, the rental vacancies in Hampton Roads depends on the season. It seems that a good rental in rented in 2-4 weeks. However, currently there are a lot of rentals that are available now on the mls. Call me

Hi-

I am both a Realtor and an Appraiser.

There are companies that gather that type of statistical information, however they often paid subscription services. Hampton Roads REIN MLS provides some basic reports that I can provide for you as a real estate agent in Chesapeake.

Cushman and Wakefield is a company that gathers that type of statistical market information. You can visit their website Cushwake.com and click on "Local Market Reports". It pops up a video that you can skip and then you can click on the map for Virginia / Hampton Roads. This will pull up a PDF of the market breakdown by city.

I hope that helps you find the specific information you are looking for!
If not feel free to contact me directly.
