FIRST ANSWER

The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from dsicriinating against applicants on the basis of age.....as long as the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract.

I see no description that indicates a home is modular only Mobile or Manufactured. It seem that VA loans are not available for Manufactured homes
