Hello Nikki,

I'd sugget you get at least three quotes from differnt mortgage companies.

We at Coldwell Banker, D'Ann Harper have an in-house mortgage company as well, our rates are usually lower than the competition.

Please contact me for more info.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance!
