If you are buying a home through a realtor, you should find one that is ABR certified.
Those agents have advanced training to represent buyers and have received the ABR designation.
ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative. Only those that have taken the extra training can put
ABR behind their name.

A buyers representative works in your best interest, they can look up the assessor information, etc for you so you can make and informed decision before you put your offer in.

If you are working with a realtor you may want to ask them about Buyer Agency. If you would like to work with a Buyers Agent to help find you a home you may contact me. I am ABR Certified.
