There are several communities in Port Charlotte & North Port, FL. The amount you pay directly directly correlates to the number of amenities. There are several manufactured home communities that provide a wide range of amenities and activities. I would love the opportunity to help you find your dream home in sunny Florida.

Yes there is, the best I found today was in a community called Oak Forrest in Port Charlotte. $47,900 asking price, built in 1983, almost 1000 square feet, 55-plus community, maintenance free, gated with security, recreation center, 3 heated in ground pools, Bocci Ball courts, Shuffleboard courts, 3 barbecue areas, walking trails, and more. The grounds are truly beautiful as the name suggests, park like with trees, ponds, benches, etc. The monthly fee is $210.monthly BUT it does include your water and sewer bill ( average $75-100. month separately paid), grounds and amenities maintenance, trash removal, exterior insurances (all you need is renter's insurance for your interior), all exterior maintenance for the buildings including roofs. Very fair fees for what you get. Exterior storm Insurance and your water/.sewer bill could total $150.00 monthly or more.

Find it at http://www.swflproperties.net using MLS number C7020959 or address is 1515 Forest Nelson Blvd, Port Charlotte 33952. Unit H105. Contact me for more 55 plus condos ir information on this one.

Looking for MH Park with reasonable monthly fees but not wanting to pay a lot for the mobile home either. Not sure if we will like living in a MH park. Would be willing to rent also for a yr to see if we liked it before purchasing. Any idea what would be the best way to go about this?

Hello Doris, I don't know what you consider low, but I know of one with 235.00 monthly fees that include water, sewer, trash, pool, outside maintainance and insurance. Very nice and quiet place. Would love to help you find a place. Jeff Runyan Remax Palm Realty 941-979-2843
