Is there a buying season in St Paul?

I'm curious when the best time to buy is in St Paul.. Do people usually want to buy before school starts?

Fascinating.. when you live your life in Southern CA.. you forget there are really differences in the seasons.. three days ago it was warm and sunny.. today it feels like winter.. we will continue this way for at least two months.. then after mid July it will be warm until Christmas

Yes, it's before mosquito season and after winter.

Very much so. I starts in about February and goes at a fast pace until about the middle of July. It slows in August picks up again in October. When we have a cold snowy winter homes sales can be very slow. You must get Minnesota's we like to talk about the weather.
