Is the new complex, Buchanan Lane in San Francisco, a good buy? What about the location? Thank You!

FIRST ANSWER
If your love urban living than Buchanan Lane is for you. Where else in the city can you get a single family home with multiple levels, new construction and parking in the mid $700,000? I think its a great buy. Its within walking distance of Fillmore street with numerous shops and restaurants, a few parks and recreation areas. I would suggest heading down to the neighborhood and hanging out for a few days to get a feel for the neighborhood.
