Is the hawaiian inn a good place to buy.Is there other places I should look for .I would prefer on the beach

They should have an on site rental desk and or association. They are usually helpful with questions you may have.
Condotels are very reasonably priced right now.....but sometimes they have rules you may not like. Maintenance fees can often be as high as a condominium. Make sure you check the square footage, taxes, maint fees, occupancy rates etc. Also see if you rent it what percentage of the rent they take. It can be as high as 60%
