You probably know that Amiata Way is the condo section of Pelican Preserve as you see in the front of the community. This section is desirable. It is closer to the front entrance and the community center. Part of the fees include the basic maintenance on the condo including the roof, pest control, painting, etc. The amenities also include a woodworking shop, indoor pool, amphitheater where they hold concerts, etc.
There is a master HOA fee of $161 per quarter, the Condo fee of $680 per quarter and a Recreation and Amenities fee of $521 per quarter. Pelican Preserve is a wonderful 55 and older community. It is beautiful with an active and friendly membership. Call me if you need some professional help.

As you've no doubt seen the fees can be complicated and very different in each community. That's why it's so important to have a knowledgeable Realtor.
You can search the MLS on my website and I am always just email or phone call away and available to answer any questions on any property.
