Is the CC&R a public document that can be requested from the city?

Hi Pamunozzz.

I am in agreement with Steve. As far as I know, you can get a copy from the county. The city planner may have a copy, but city requirements vary greatly from city to city.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to email or call.

Hi Pamunozzz, it is my understanding that under CA's Public Records Act CC&Rs are a matter of public record at the county recorder’s office.
