Yes and No. I just saw one that was reduced in a very nice neighborhood that now lists for $295K. There are not many in this price range, but working with a good realtor should bring results. We must know more about you and family needs and desires. Is this to be a primary or vacation type home.

Sure ! 350K is more than you need for reasonable house in PD, but little more limited range for RM house, same grade house (but, still doable). Glad we can help.

Hard to say...You would definatly get a better answer if you post a prospective address.

Depending on the the age of the house and the condition it in, it is a very good price. If it is not too old and in good condition it is a very good price. Is it in a country club? Is it relatively new construction? Does it have a view? These question are critical. joan hobin, Windermere. 760-341-2234.

With the information you have provided an answer that makes sense is not possible. The best answer is a question for you. Don't you have a Realtor helping you? Your experienced Realtor should be able to answer your questions better than anyone on this forum since your Realtor is right there with you. If you don't have a Realtor, you should get one.

Hi Ivan,

Both communities that you mention have a wide variety of neighborhoods and developments, and therefore a wide variety of prices. $350,000 could be very reasonable, but without the address and the ability to run comparables, it would be impossible to say about a particular home. If you are working with a local Realtor, they will be able to guide you with the appropriate resources. If you are not working with a local Realtor, please provide me with some additional information and I'd be happy to help you.

In order to determine a value, do review comps with your agent--recently sold similar properties in the immediate area, after reviewing the data a determination as to a fair offer can be made....
