Are you still looking for Pinal County homes near Sun Lakes? There are some really outstanding buys right now.

Were you aware on Foreclosure purchases ( a lot of them) there is free grant money from the State of Arizona for up to 22% of the purchase price? Yes, you need to live in the home yourself for 5, 10, or 15 years to maximize the grant.

Sun Lakes is bordered, to the south, by the Gila River Indian Reservation. As a result, the first non-reservation land, that is in Pinal county, is to the east and to the south in the Johnson Ranch area of Queen Creek, AZ. I hope this helps you in your search.

No Sunlakes is not a part of Pinal County
