This market is a buyers market. This means the pricing and selection are best for the home buyers. If you can make a purchase, this is a great time to make a purchase. Pricing, rates and selection are amongst the best you will find. Happy House Hunting!

Now is a great time to buy! Rates are still very low! You will have a tax write off and build equity in a home you own instead of throwing money away on rent. If you would like a free consultation to see how much you qualify for please contact us. 201-962-3555

A lot of my clients have found

http://nymag.com/realestate/neighborhoods/2010/65355/

This site helpful in choosing the right location for you in Brooklyn or any other borough.

I recommend Fort Greene as the number one. The resale value will be high. The area is growing more and as young professionals or just starting to raise a family. Culture, convencie, action, food, RESALE VALUE IS A MUST. Fort Greene will give you quality and a good price. If you can't afford the homes in Fort Green I would then recommend prospect heights. It has a lot newer bars, prospect park is very close, allot of people itch children and animals and I MUST SAY THE FOOD ON WASHINGTON AND FRANKLIN IS AMAZING.

PROSECT HEIGHTS IS SAFE, MORE AFFORDABLE THAN ORTBGEEENE AND YOU STILL GET A GOOD RESALE VALUE AND ENTICING QUALITY.

There is very little "culture" left in Fort Greene, as it has all been gentrified away

This is a great time to by, with so many properties stuck on the market and not selling. Each persons situation is different and unique to them. Budjet, Credit, lifestyle etc. Give me a call if you would like some advise on finding a nice home/condo in a great neighborhood. 646-552-8141

The best and "Hotest" neighborhoods are Park Slope,Prospect Heights,Carroll Gdns., Bklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Ft. Greene, Clinton Hill, Dumbo, Williamsburg,. These are the best, but most expensive... Less expensive, but very good and worth checking out are: South Park Slope, Windsor Tr., Kensington, Sunset Park, Red Hood, Gowanus, & Cadman Plaza... Best to research these places and decide which is right for you and then find a Realtor to show you properties. Happy Hunting! JDP

It's always a good time to buy, when you are ready and need to buy; start by researching areas of interest based on your budget; do take the time and visit neighborhoods more than once, and go from there....

The time to buy is now. Rates & prices are great. Don't worry about buying at the bottom - just make sure the #'s are right. If you like the location, home and $ makes sense its the right time. Browse site for some exclusives, call or email for other help w/multiple listings.
