Is 199k a good price for a fully furnished beachfront condo in Panama City Beach, FL? Is now the time to buy?

We are negotiating and this is as low as the seller will go. Should we take it?

Hi Jason ~ It depends on which condo development you are talking about. I hope you have an experienced agent negotiating your sales contract. They will have your best interest in mind and will get you the best price & terms possible. Negotiating directly with Sellers can be frustrating for both sides and doesn't guarantee you the best transaction. Also, remember that a listing agent works for the Seller and will work to get them the best deal. Just make sure you have your own representation!

We are currently experiencing a very strong buyers market due to 3 years of price correction with many short sale and foreclosure opportunities to choose from. Your money goes a long way towards wealth building investments. Today’s market, low interest rates and motivated sellers combined with the tremendous benefits of the new airport, brings predictions of good value and profitable appreciation on purchases made now.

I hope this helps you!
