134 ORLANDO St Edison NJ 08817 2br 1ba condo just came out and just sold under attorney review already!!!

So, Trulia realtors have open houses of bigger home or townhouses, please do not forget to send out post cards to Brookview Commons at Edison to invite move up buyers to see since some may not working at NYC any more and may want to move to bigger homes, so that maybe you can list their units here since many first time buyers need to walk to Edison Train Stn are waiting to buy here ...

Thanks for Trulia realtor, yes, Brookview Commons at Edison is now sold out ... http://msx.mlxchange.com/Pub/EmailView.asp?r=1019273699&…

So, if you own a unit and looking to move up to buy bigger home and list your unit for sale, it may be a great time ... If you are Trulia realtor, and looking for move up buyers to buy your bigger homes, you may find your prospective buyers are in Brookview Commons, I guess ...

Why not send out invitation flyers to the community to invite them to your next open house? and of course, tell them the community is now sold out, and many first time buyers are looking to buy their unit if they decide to move up to bigger homes at current low mortgage rate?
