Do you have kids?
Like any other downtown area there is crime of sorts.
Ask the developers for some statistics about the general area.
See what police department patrols that area and call them.
This is the service that I offer my clients a s a buyers agent.
There is no charge to you for my services and often times developers are giving out bonuses to agents for bringing them clients.
I share that money with my clients.
When you buy directly from a developer you need to be aware of amny facts that you might not know.
Did you know when buying a new home the buyer pays bothe sides of the closing costs?
