Is it safe to buy a home in Layton Lakes in Gilbert? I heard that the two builders have had some issues

Given all this I am worried if I buy in Layton Lakes and either or both pull out and I am in a half built community.

I aunderstand Lennar is a higher quality builder! I have a complete list of what is available!

I would reccommend to hire a inspector on every property even a new build! A walk through isn't enough!

Actually, it appears that the Department of Real Estate has disabled the link displaying the homebuilders that are in trouble.
