Is it possible, with a credit score between 600 but less than 700 to get a mortgage loan? Can you get a consecutive 2nd mortgage to consolidate debt?

HI..
You can get a loan with that score. It may be better to do a cash out refi. Feel free to email me and I can run options for you.

It is still possible - and not unheard of even in the current market. There is many different ways of completing the transaction such as obtaining seller financing, land contract, ect. But most importantly you need to make sure that you can afford it. My last contract to close had a first mortgage with a bank, and a second mortgage from the seller. I welcome the opportunity to discuss this further and get you in touch with a lender that is able to do this for you. You can e-mail or call. Best of luck! Ted (Twitter: TedSchaar)
