It is possible and the best thing for you to do is to discuss your specific situation with a good lender. Your score is good for having had a bankruptcy. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions or need assistance in the process. I would love to help! We can assist you with speaking to some lenders as well.

Dear Trish:

Yes it is. Your lender will need to review the specifics of course. Let me know if you need a lender to talk to. I work with someone that gets approvals when other lenders have denied approval.

May I wish you the best.

Yes it is possible. I have a few lenders that my Clients have worked with in similar situations. They were approved and one just moved into their new home, the other is closing in 3 weeks!

If you have any questions feel free to give me a call or email.
