Haima is correct that there are only 2 homes currently for sale in your range. Have you considered other areas such as Melissa or Princeton?

I've had several clients in the Anna and Princeton area that were able to get newer homes in your price range. Also there are special financing options in those areas as well. If you need any assistance please feel free to contact me!

There are only 2 homes on the market. One has been on the market for over a year, needs some work, has 3 bedrooms 2 baths priced at 75K this whole time. It's a rental and is downtown.

The second one is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath priced at 55K.
