Depends on your definition of decent and if you would consider condos/townhomes, which normally are a bit cheaper. Feel free to call me with any questions or help finding a home.

This is an extremely aggressive price point but yes there are options out there. Most realtors would want to know you have been pre approved so they know you are a qualified and interested buyer

This is a good time for you to contact a Buyer's Agent to let them know exactly what you need and what you have to have, i.e. bedrooms, baths, square feet, etc. The price is not the only consideration when considering what is the 'right' home for you.

You bet! I would recommend to get pre-approved so you can move quickly in this price range. Feel free to contact me to discuss your home search

In Trulia, your odds are not so good. You have to watch like a hawk, then find someone to show for you and then write an offer. And you could be competing. Find an agent you like, have that agent create a search and watch for you, see it first and understand how to compete in a multiple offer scenario and plan a house warming party.

Greetings! It all depends on what you're looking for. Of course you can find a home in the 80212 zip code for around $180k. Do you have a trusted advisor on your side? Diligence and integrity are everything when looking for a good business consultant (REA).

Best of Luck,

There are lots of neighborhoods with great values - and many in the $180K range. of course you'll get even better value if you're willing to do some upgrade work, or compromise on the "granite/stainless steel" finishes. Where exactly are you interested in looking, and what are your absolute requirements? We'd be happy to help you identify some possibilities! But right now, things are going fast, so it would be a good idea to get in touch with a lender and get that ball rolling so you're ready to go when you find the right place.

Feel free to call, email or text if we can help...

There are 6 properties under $190K - need to know your bedroom/bath parameters, style of home, and other wish list items. Have you spoken w/ a loan officer? You do need to get pre-qualified for any purchase. Nancy
