As I said in my first email, the better selection for this type of property will be north of Niceville and Crestview or in the Freeport area.

I had to increase your limit to $300,000 but I found 3 nice looking horse farms. They are in Freeport which is close to Niceville (20 minutes) and depending on where in Freeport maybe (30 minutes) to the beaches.
