I think it is a possibility that this home owner will be interested. Have you considered other forms of purchase and found that this was the only opportunity for you, or do you just like the idea of it. There are still many deals to be had out there if you look......great question!!

With any property if the owner agrees you can do a lease purchase as long as it works within the guidelines for the State.
