Two loan programs come to mind that will allow you to buy a home with no money down:

1. A USDA loan that John Burke describes below
2. A VA loan if you or a co-borrower is eligible.

There may be some additional funding with grants, forgivable &/or non-forgivable 2nd mortgage loans available from your county or city that you can use with an FHA loan that only requires 3.5% down.

Good luck on your search for your purchase!

All the best,
