There are programs . Think outside the box though . Your credit score would have to be In the 700 no lates preferably go for first time home buyer and go to a 5 hr class at HELP I know 2 lenders that can qualify you for that program

Yes. There are a couple of plans where this could be possible. There are some disadvantages to these plans though. Given all of your options, you would probably choose 1% down, though.

Yes, I specialize in Under 640 Fico Score Loans. I offer the CHF Access half percent down payment assistance loan with a minimum 580 fico score to qualify. I can also contribute to your closing costs with premium financing so you only need maybe $1,000 max with only $500 down. I also offer credit repair at no cost to raise fico scores to qualify. Here is a link to everything under 100k in the High Desert. These are only $500 down and approx. $732PITI maximum with FHA 30 yr $% fixed rate Access loan. Give me a call to qualify in minutes... If your interested in Phelan, Pinion Hills, Adelanto, Lucerne Valley, they are zero down with USDA Rural but requries a minimum 620 fico to qualify. Call now.
