Is it legal to build a townhouse with crawlspace now?
I found a townhouse in Milton. It's beautiful and stylish, but it has a crawlspace rather than a full basement. Is there any code violation? I rarely see a house with crawlspace in Chittenden County. The house was just built in 2009. Is it difficult to sell it because of the crawlspace.

Yes, it is. There is no law against that.
