Is it better to buy a townhouse or a single family home in Mars, PA in terms of resale?

single home have more of a preference, i can search Mars up for more info if you would like.
FIRST ANSWER
Regardless of where you are buying, single family homes are easier to resell as they are more attractive to buyers.
Beyond that, it depends on what you really want. For example, townhomes have much less yard to maintain than single family homes. That could be either a good point or a bad point, depending on you. Other factors play into it as well, including affordability.
