In today's real estate market, it definitely is a GREAT time to buy in Naples! Real estate prices are low and still a great value. Prices are starting to rise and properties are not staying on the market for very long. If you see a property you like, make an offer before someone else does! If anyone is looking or would like assistance navigating buying or selling Naples real estate, please feel free to check out my website http://www.NaplesHomes.com or contact me personally. It would be my pleasure to assist in any way I can. I look forward to hearing from you!

YES! It is an unbelieveable time to buy real estate in Naples and in all SW Florida. Naples and Ft Myers Beach properties are starting back up from all time lows. There is some negotiation room because it continues to be a buyer's market. However, I am seeing many multiple offer situations on better priced properties.
Beachfront properties are plentiful this time of year and compounding that with above excellent price points for the buyer, this is absolutely the best time to buy.
I'm excited to show my buyer's the exceptional investments that are going to make them lots of money over the next decade. Your money wont grow any faster than putting it into real estate.

Yes it is although 2 years ago was even better! We can't time everything perfectly, hindsight is 20/20. In fact, my parents are under contract right now. So, obviously I believe it is a good time to buy in Naples. Only wish that we had the guts to buy earlier. There are still bargains out there although less than '09-'11. REO's in the best areas are seldom seen and when they are, bought up in days with multiple offers and usually selling for cash. The investors today have different goals than the past. In '09-'11 distressed properties were the name of the game. Investors were looking for cash flow by finding bargain properties, buying in cash and leasing at a nice rate. Those same investors have been pulling equity from those properties and financing newer investments. As the distressed market is not worthwhile any longer, investors are utilizing low rates to invest for appreciation opposed to cash flow. With inventories low, prices are climbing especially based on location. So, this year and last, Naples has been through a big change. The best investment deals can be found in established neighborhoods buying cheap with the intention of renovating and creating value. There are several examples of this in locations such as Royal Harbor, olde Naples, Moorings, Park Shore, and downtown where investors have completed renovations and sold for a large profit. That has helped by bringing appraisals up and bringing value to surrounding homeowners.
The point is, you can find great investments today. You just have to look in the right places. Buying now and utilizing low rates will ensure your success if you surround yourself by like minded owners.

In my opinion, with interest rates at historic lows, inventories down, and prices trending upward, it's a good time to buy in Naples.

I agree with Ryan below. Naples is indeed paradise and it's the expansion part on our economy right now. Today is the Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda moment. Buy before I say "I told you so"
