Is house in a unfinished sub worth a looking?

I saw some 2004 to 2006 houses for sale at a good price. However, when I checked satellite map, I found those houses are usually in a unfinished sub where there are many empty lots. Are those houses worth a looking? The coming new construction could be very annoying. But the price is very attractive. Please advise. Thanks

I always told myself I would avoid a situation like you describe above ... but then late last year I found the perfect house in the exact same situation. Needless to say, I am sitting in that house right now responding to you.

It is hard to give a blanket answer for that question, as there are a lot more variables you would need to consider. I advise you align yourself with a trusted, proven real estate professional who knows that market and how to best advise you. If you need help in that department, I can refer you to someone.

Best wishes.

Hi, I live in a new and unfinished sub. I have no regrets about it. There are three different builders here in this sub and they have kept their areas very clean. They come by regularly with a streetsweeper and also keep their tools and materials picked up. Our first phase is now complete and I can now relax and just enkoy... Oh, the satellite pictures are usually a few years old, so you may want to consider driving through the subs you're interested in. I hope this helped you. Let me know if you need any further help ok?
