Is having a back yard pool in a home that you want to rent out add a big insurance cost for liability?

FIRST ANSWER
Lisa: I rented out my pool home in Temecula and I obtained a rider that was not very much more. Make sure you instail alarms on the doors going out to the the pool area. Also put in the lease that you are installing alarms and that tenants have to keep them in place and are responsible for battery maintenance. Have them initial that specific information.
