Yes. There is a program. You need to have good credit, for starters. Then there is a stipulation that you live in the property for a period of time. If you would like to meet with our mortgage consultant, contact me, and I will set up an appointment for you to discuss pre approval and types of financing.

Hello, H. Mendoza.

It is no longer a "grant" - you would have to pay it back over 10 years, but there is money available through PHFA. You can get up to 3% of the sale price or $4,000 - which ever is the lower amount.
