I wouldn't buy either one. They're both condo-conversions and the prices are way too high unless you buy one that has been foreclosed. If you want a condo you should look at a project that was built more recently as the building standards for condos has increased substantially in the last few years. In the older condo conversions, they don't have the same noise attenuation that a newer building has because they're 10-20 years old. You can get an unbelievable deal on the condos at Elan which is at the Dublin BART station, or look into the Toll Brothers condos out in east Dublin, they have a ton of foreclosed condos out there.

I live at crestview and like it. I visited Reflection and chose Crestview over because of the upgrades, security, and enviroment.. Reflections did feel like apartments. If your still looking to buy, I might be interested in selling. cobranson@hotmail.com

Have you visited either community? Reflections is basically converted apratments...that still look like apartments. What is your price range? How many bedrooms? There may be better deals out here.
