Is buying a 3 acre land in Binghamton a good time now, or should we wait?

As far as competition, hardly anyone buys vacant land in the winter so you may be in a good position to negotiate. As far as closing, if it does not have sewers at the property you will probably have to have a septic system. If so, is there a permit from the health department available? If not you may want to wait to close until after May when a Perk test can be done. They can't do it now in the cold. Feel free to ask any other questions. Joe Sorrentino
