Is buying a PUD home in Whittier a good idea?

Why are you asking? A PUD in any city you can afford may be a good idea. Do you need listings emailed to you to study and compare? A PUD usually has dues to access the amenities such as green belt park, tennis courts, basketball courts, recreation rooms, pools, etc.

Do you have an agent, pre-approval, down payment and closing costs? You may qualify from a minimum 580 fico score and 3.5% down or as low as half percent down payment program.
