I am a snowbird from Chicago who lives at The Park during the winter. I also am a licensed realtor in Florida. Both are very nice condo communities. The Club is a little older and features 2 story condo buildings while The Park is newer and features 4 story buildings with elevators. The Park is gated and The Club is not. Both communities are very clean, safe and quiet. The major difference would be that the condos at The Park have larger lanais. Prices are very similar.
