I've lived in the manor for almost 50 years. In the last couple of years, not a night goes by that I don't hear sirens. The manor is bracketed on two sides by major roads: San Pablo Avenue and Richmond Parkway. So many of the sirens may be emergency vehicles driving past the manor. If you're looking for someplace quiet, this isn't it.
