Is anybody familiar with the coop buildings on 52nd and 39th road in Woodside?

I would like to buy a coop there but I am not familiar with this coop building? I would love to hear from someone who lives around there.

Hi Kathy,
If that is the Berkeley Towers you are referring to, there are currently 9 units available in that building ranging in price from $129,900 to $239,000. The maintenance runs from around $498 to around $642. There's one studio, one 2 BR and all the others are 1 BR units. Would you like to go see any of these?
